In 2005, Yoga Coffee Outlook began as my personal website. After two years of personal journaling I learned the in's and out's of blogging and networking online. More importantly I transformed my love of writing into a career.
Today Yoga Coffee Outlook is a website that contains both articles and editorial reviews about subjects that contribute to a healthier and happier life.
I currently live in the Denver metro area where I do freelance and consulting work. I don't publically journal any longer but I do attempt to leave a little of myself in everything I write.
